After going through major renovation last year, the long wait is over, Paulaner Brauhaus finally opens again for its hardcore fans who long for proper Bavarian delicacy. This time they successfully unify traditional Germany elements with modern bar nuances that’s popular these days. With bigger real estate, they are able to accomodate up to 400 diners on one seating.
Prior to dining here, prepare your belly to have big Bavarian feast, one that you would remember well. With a line of seductive menu from German Bread Basket, Sausage Salad, Pork / Chicken Currywurst, Beef Roulade, to all kinds of sausage (Nuremberger, Cheese Krainer, Debrecener), it is almost impossible not to try a little of everything here. However, if you only have one shot, waste it on their famous Crispy Pork Knuckle or Schweinshaxe as they call it. A plateful of juicy pork with crackling skin smothered in tasty gravy can’t go wrong.
