Growing up in Germany makes Patric Widjaja is enthusiastic in bringing the culture that he expe-rienced back to Jakarta. What a better way than doing it with food? Then and there, Die Stube was born in 2004 as a bar and through times has been well known as one of the favorite Germany res-taurant in town.
If you want to taste their signature Pork Knuckle, make sure to order ahead as it took up to 3 hours to prepare this special dish. Or if you’re looking for something quick, their choices of sausages are some of the best. While you’re at that grab a Erdinger Weissbier to accompany your meal. The famous wheat beer will compliment your porkish affair real well.
Love Their Pork !.I always enjoy the ambience of Die Stube, the place its kinda private, homey and I think it would be great to have brunch or dinner here. I ordered Mix Platter which is very good, consist of Pork, Chicken, Beef, served with French Fries, Onion Crispy, Tomato, and Sauce. The pork is highlight for me, it's well cooked and the meat is not tough. The beef and chicken were just okay for me. I'm satifisfied with the pork and I will go back for this one, and also tried the other menus 👌🏻

Their sidedishes are very ood: roasted potato, creamy spinach and crunchy french fries. My friends ordered baramundi (4/5 score), breaded pork loin (3/5), and pork chop (3/5). Try their wide selections of imported beers also! Erdinger is still the best. If you fancy cider beer, try albens (apple cider beer, taste a bit... Read more
