Bubur memang sering dijadikan pilihan sarapan pagi. Makanya, Bubur Ayam Monas yang berlokasi di Jl. Bintaro Utama 3A, Jakarta Selatan, selalu ramai oleh banyak orang yang menginginkan sarapan sebelum memulai aktifitas. Buburnya memiliki tekstur lembut dan disajikan dalam porsian yang cukup banyak, dengan berbagai topping di atasnya. Ada juga aneka sate jeroan dan telur yang membuatnya semakin komplit. Tapi, jangan terlalu banyak makan jeroan, ya!

This Bubur Ayam is amazing!! The porridge was thick and flavorful!! The egg yolk was also added more flavors to the chicken porridge!!

This is one of the BEST Indonesian breakfast: Bubur Ayam or Chicken Porridge! Yes, there is savory porridge in Indonesia. This one is served with Shredded Chicken, some Greens, Fried Shallot, loads of Kerupuk (don't really want to call it crackers cause I think they're two different things🤔) and my ultimate favorite: CHICKEN INTESTINE 😋
Growing up, I was not a fan of Bubur 🙅🏾 because it reminded me of the meals I ate when I'm sick. Also, if I HAVE to pick one food that I dislike, it would be mushy rice. But BUBUR! 😍 I used to eat this one once a week with my Dad when I want to miss my Economics class in High School 🙊 my teacher for that class had 0 tolerance for lateness so when the traffic's really jammed, I'd ask my Dad if he'd want to take a detour and have breakfast with me. Of course he said "imma #eatwithshu" 🤗
