The cuisine offered at Teatro Bali is indeed something different, which is French dishes with a modern Asian twist. Thanks to the man, Maxie Millian, who has successfully come up with such brilliant idea. No wonder he has received numerous awards across Middle East, UK, and Singapore.
Finally got to try Mandif’s first restaurant in Bali before Blanco. It was incredible food and impeccable service. On our arrival, @mandifwarokka let us seated nicely as he handled everything well inside the kitchen. So we started off with tomato which has heart tomato + crab + tomato powder + chilled tomato. Next, I was blown away with the best pumpkin soup I’ve had in my life so far. As the dish moved to fish section, we were served a perfectly cooked Barramundi fish with roasted garlic puree + burn leek + sea urchin cream. My husband and I were pleased to say that overall standard of the restaurant by Chef Mandif has always been mantained. The food is inventive and super delicious. Everything was flavorful in a beautiful plating.
