Nom-nom πŸ–πŸ΄ I love to eat. But i hate gettin fat. So I suggest u all ladies to drink much mineral water. I myself drink 1 big glass of water 30 mins before eating, and drink 2 big glasses of water after eating. I personally deduct that the water can help operating my metabolism more better. Because as I learn in senior high school, the electrolyte of water is the regulator to our bodies.

Two more days nihhh, ga sabar banget buat dinner di acara nya Gout de France, itu tuh, jadi setiap tahun ada 2000 restoran perancis yg menyelenggarakan menu khusus france dan biasanya hasil dr penjualan akan disumbangkan utk kalangan yg kurang mampu ☺️ Di Surabaya, hanya 3 restoran yg kepilih, salah satunya Vis A Vis di JW Marriott Surabaya @jwmarriottsby ini mah resto fine dining france kesukaanku! Hanya dengan harga set menu IDR 599.000++ km udah bisa nikmatin dari appetizer to dessert lho! Dihidangkan langsung sama chef nya yg pengalaman banget yaitu Chef Emmy Matondang. Menu2 yg dihadirkan ada sentuhan indonesian juga, jadi perpaduan gitu. Seperti contoh ada menu Grriled Lamb Loin Sambal Kasturi, Seared Scallops Jeruk Bali Mousseline atau Pan Fried Gateaux de Dory. Utk menu lengkap km bisa slide difoto2 kita ini πŸ˜† overall semua menu nya ada sentuhan khas bumbu Indonesia, jadi bayangin aja france + indo tuh unik banget! My fave is Grilled Lamb nya! Bikin km yg ga suka kambing, jadi suka! This year, one of French restaurant in Surabaya will be participating and there's a female chef for the first time from Vis-Γ -Vis, JW Marriott Hotel @emmy.matondang. She created a fusion menus that combining a true of French cuisine with a touch of Indonesia! This is one of her creation, Baked Salmon Naniura Tapenade. Duo of Viande Tenderloin. Dalam rangka perayaan internasional cita rasa Perancis yang bertepatan jatuh di tanggal 21 Maret, di Surabaya ini ada 3 resto yang ikut berpartisipasi, salah satunya adalah Vis-A-Vis @jwmarriottsby yang punya menu andalan khas Perancis tapi masih ada sentuhan Indonesianya. Misal seared scallops yang dimix dengan rempeyek udang. Menu Perancis ini cuma ada di Vis-A-Vis tanggal 21 Maret aja, terus per personnya kena 599K++ IDR ya!
