I love to eat. But i hate gettin fat. So I suggest u all ladies to drink much mineral water. I myself drink 1 big glass of water 30 mins before eating, and drink 2 big glasses of water after eating. I personally deduct that the water can help operating my metabolism more better. Because as I learn in senior high school, the electrolyte of water is the regulator to our bodies.
