Basically it's chilled Japanese Inaniwa udon with chilled egg, seasoned minced chicken, tempura flakes, seaweed, etc. The best way to enjoy the dish to mix all of the ingredients and sauce well, then dip the thin noodle and slurp it like tsukemen. It tastes very interesting in a good way, we don't mind visiting again simply for this dish. Oishi! 😋
