Island Creamery was originally founded in Singapore by pioneer ice cream man, Stanley Kwok, in 2004. It is the first ice cream parlor in Singapore that produces freshly made premium ice cream featuring local flavors. Seeing the lack of fresh, homemade premium ice cream in Indonesia, Island Creamery has arrived to satisfy Indonesian's sweet tooth. Our simple philosophy is to produce the best ice cream possible for all our customers! Each batch of ice cream is prepared skillfully with only premium quality ingredients. No artificial colors, flavorings and preservatives are added. (No eggs and gelatin are used in our ice cream, thus making it suitable for all vegetarians too!) Island Creamery features over 30 unique local flavors such as Teh Tarik, Milo and Bintang sorbet (it's really made from Bir Bintang!!). The rich but "not-too-sweet" taste and smooth texture sets it apart from regular, supermarket-bought ice cream. In the bakery adjoining our ice cream kitchen, we bake everything that goes with our ice cream, from brownies, apple pie, cream puffs and our famous chocolate lava cake (using only the finest dark chocolate). Customized ice cream cakes and freshly baked cakes for birthdays and other special occasions are also available in various sizes.
