I tried the Tonkotsu Charshu and Bankara Charshu and Yaki Gyoza Pork. Kuah ramen Tonkotsy Charshu lebih creamy dan gurih (tetapi terap kurang asin untukku pribadi) dan kuah ramen Bankara Charshu rasanya cukup manis (which I am not a big fan of). but overall not bad, but surely not the greatest.
Liat di review orang di qraved tentang bankara ramen, katanya kuahnya enak banget gak ada tandingan. Gue mau coba buktikan. Menurut gue sih kuahnya enak cuma untuk lidah gue kirang pas kayak masih ada yg kurang, kurang tajem rasanya. Daging ya standard, gyozanya notbad sih. Yaa overall goodlah.
