I really appreciate their effort on carefully crafting the menu.
First frame : St. Jacques de Nice. Basically pan-seared scallop. The exciting thing is how it is served with cocoa butter, soy bean, black bean, edamame, black tobiko, and shimeji. Playful flavour!
Second frame : Broccoli Dublin. Baked fresh broccoli with baby potato and cheese soup. Again, exciting!
Third frame : The comfort drink in a very pretty pot.
