During my raw vegan chef training with @sayuri_healing_food my body was spoiled daily with probiotic foods, activated nuts for optimal nutritional benefits, sprouts and organic vegetables that were extremely high vibrational. The days were long, hot and jam packed but the food provided so much long lasting energy that it really helped me. Since our graduation, I’ve re-introduced cooked foods back into my diet. It was still easy in Canngu and ubud to get a good mix of raw and cooked healthy foods in my diet but in Kuta it’s another story. .
Sure, I can ‘veganize’ my meals but they are still made of greasy, fried vegetables, tofu and rice. I noticed right away after eating that way for just a day how much my body felt depleted... so today I took matters into my own hands. Bought myself a beautiful dragon fruit and ate some watermelon for breakfast. I had a badass workout and shopped around for stuff and some decent nomz. I finally found a spot with smoothie bowls, for the same price as my greasy meal last night I got this deliciousness: A PB bowl topped with strawberries, granola and dragon fruit. I asked them to swap the soy for almond milk and my banana topping for my dragon fruit and they did. I was so happy and it looked so pretty in a little coconut bowl I figured it was photo worthy. 😍👌🏻 .
Just some of my personal insights after having maximized my nutritional profile for two weeks and noticing the difference in my body and energy. Can’t wait to share some of my own food creations once I get into a kitchen again! Until then, I’ll just have to settle for yummy treats like these 👆🏻😉👍🏻🤤💯👌🏻
