Brisket after it has come out of the smoker last night, first stage done and dusted. Then into the oven for a long slow 8 hours to make it fabulously tender.
Smoker night is definitely on at Captains Table tonight, starting @ 6.00pm.
Get your plate that includes slaw, baked potato & sour cream and a soft bread roll; then add your choice of Brisket @ 160,000; Pulled Pork @ 105,000; Chicken Quarter @ 90,000 or if you want a selection of all three it will be 145,000.
