Recipe: How To Make Christmas Cupcake
Who wouldn’t love cupcakes? They are sweet, delicious and beautiful. Pretty much everything we need to lighten up an afternoon tea time or to make celebrations more colorful. This Christmas, why don’t you bake your own cupcake and stamp it as your signature holiday gift? Here we have a recipe for that perfect joyful season snack. Feel free to steal and give it a try. If you’re into “adult cupcakes” there’s an alcohol kick that you can add on too.
Making the cupcake:
1. By using a large bowl, put the sugar, butter and mix it together till fluffy and light. Then, add vanilla extract or vanilla bean to give flavor and stir it well.
2. Afterward, put the eggs one by one and beat it really well to make the mixture united.
3. After that, sift the flour and baking powder together before you pour it into the bowl. Then, fold into the butter-sugar into three parts. This time, make sure each is fully incorporated before you move to the next step.
4. Next, you have to stir it in the mincemeat, spices, and brandy if you want to use it.
5. Place the cupcake case into a muffin tin. In order to get beautiful shape, just fill each case 2/3 full.
6. Then, you can bake it inside the oven for about 20 minutes or until the color of cupcake changing into golden brown.
7. Cool the baked cupcake right after on a wire rack before you put the icing.
Making the icing:
To make icing, you can combine Cointreau or liqueur with icing sugar and drizzle it over the top of cupcake. You can decorate the cupcake as fun as you want. Finally, your Christmas cupcakes are ready to be served for your family and guests.
