Selain tahu bulat, ada makanan seperti pempek yang juga akan lebih nikmat kalau digoreng dadakan. Meskipun ada banyak jenis pempek yang tetap enak walau digoreng sudah lama, pempek kulit ternyata paling enak jika digoreng dadakan. Salah satu restoran pempek yang menyediakan pempek kulit adalah Pempek Sriwijava yang ada di kawasan Kota, Jakarta Barat. Rasa ikan tenggirinya sangat terasa dan gurih sesaat setelah pempek digoreng. Inilah saat yang sangat tepat untuk menikmatinya, karena kalau sudah lama pempek kulitnya akan sedikit lebih alot dan keras. 

Born and raised in Palembang, it's hard to find a pempek in Jakarta that taste similar to what I usually have back home. I had the chance to try a new spot called SRIWIJAVA, and by far this spot is the only one in Jakarta that does pempek justice. It's so good, the pempek is rich in fish (not like other place where they use more starch than fish), you won't buy pempek from anywhere else. Definitely a must try.

The best pempek i have ever tasted in town. The combination of fish, flavour and sauce melted in my mouth. Pempek kulit , pangsit ikan kuah and kapal selam are their top seller. Love to come back and try other meal.

Pempek kapal selam dengan telor bebek utuhhhh.. Selain gurih, lezat, tentu saja gizi perlu diperhatikan lho!
