My Kopi-O!

we went to the restaurant on 4 May lunch time after the exhibition because the restaurant location just in front of the hall, we thought could save time for quick lunch and get back to the exhibition very fast. we choose indoor seat for more convenient discussion with my suppliers. when we sat, no one of waitres come to us until i call one of waiter for menu book. after we order, it took 10minutes for the drink. i order pasta and it come not so long. one of my supplier order nasi goreng with waiting time around 40minutes. she said nasi goreng too salty. another one order singapore laksa, it comes about 45minutes after. the shrimp is not fresh. and i also order cheese kaya toast for take away, i told to the waitres that i want them to proceed it later, but they are not following my message. the other waiter serve the toast at the same time. i complaint to the waiter and he said ok he will bake another one for me before we finish the meal. so we ask for bill, the first waiter she will prepare new toast for me. after we pay, because we are running out of time, we suddenly forgot to ask our take away toast. even the waiters did not remind me for my order. they might be not prepare my order. and i also didn't like the ambience. the indoor room is smoking area while the outdoor is non smoking area. i really make mistake to have lunch here. service is not good. food process is too long. will not come again for such a bad place.
