Gayo Bies Kopi

There are so many coffee shops here in Santa. One of the most famous is probably Gayobies. When I came here, I had no plans on getting a coffee, but since I was curious, so I ordered one. Gayobies is right at the corner of Santa's 2nd floor. Near the stairs and not so far from the food court. It's quite spacious unlike other shops around Santa. There were a few tables. So you can totally bring your friends for coffee here. For a coffee enthusiast, I always order manual brewed coffee if I go to a coffee shop. So then I ordered Drip. The beans change stock every once in a while. So you should ask what's available (usually they have them written down on the board though) or ask what's recommendable. So I had Aceh Gayo, which was one of their specialty. While I was waiting, the staffs there were very nice. They made a conversation with me and so on... Very hospitable. When my coffee finally came, the aroma of my coffee was strong and it smelt really nice. The taste was like how I expected it to be. The bitterness! I just love bitter coffee with low acidity. The price here is also very reasonable (because it's in a market). I would totally come here again!
