Bangi Kopi

i went there at 3 p.m as scheduled. i told one of the staff about my reservation using Qraved but i guess he didnt really understand, so i went upstairs but the room was empty. i wait for at about 3 mins. no staff came upstairs to offer us the menu or even ask about my reservation. so i went downstairs to ask the staff to help me. quite long after that, one staff came and she didnt even know what "Qraved" was. And i wonder why they DIDNT KNOW ABOUT THIS EVENT. and she said that she would asked her manager or supervisor about this. so i should wait again for 5mins and no one came!!! so i just leave this shit place. i rated 1 star because i had to rate. to be honest this restaurant isnt worth any single star. thank you...
