Cafe Moonlight

I've never encountered any restaurant that serves Omurice in their menu so I was pretty surprised when I found out Cafe Moonlight does! I rushed to this place and order a plate of it. It came with a glass of yummy vegetable soup and a bowl of fresh salad (which I only ate 1/4, because salad is salad. They are bitter lmao. The omurice itself is delicious! The omelet is runny and fluffy, almost tasteless to not overpower the spot-light of the tomato rice, but yet you could still sense the tingling scent of mild egg. While for the tomato rice, I don't know where they might have bought the sauce because it doesn't taste like a regular tomato sauce. It's sweet and aromatic with a tad of addicting sourness. Ah, and have I mentioned the mushroom and sauce? Well I expected it to be thicker actually, like those Demiglace sauce in Japanese's drama Lunch Queen. It doesn't taste too strong-, almost weak so it doesn't impress me. Too bad, but it still a good omurice to try!
