Bli Crackling Pork & Beer

One of the Best Pork Ribs in Bali!!!! If you sick of brand-name ribs restaurants such as Nuri's or Wahaha, you should definitely come to this new restaurant!! Last year i went to Bali and tried Wahaha's ribs and it was sucks, there was literally no meat-bone only-flavorless ribs and i was so disappointed!! This time i went to Bli Crackling after i read reviews from @nyokepo instagram about this place and i had a blast!!! Me and my husband only ordered one portion of their BBQ Pork Ribs and the Ear Bashing because we already so full after we went for some gelatos.. And what surprised us is the portion of the pork ribs was so damn big and perfect for shared! There was a lot of meat and it was so tender and juicy, the spices was spot on!!! The ear bashing was also delicious, at first we felt that it was hard to chew but somehow we enjoyed chewing it.. it was a perfect snack to pair with beers! The ambience was nice, the place was big and cozy, and it was nice for romantic dinner or gathering.. And what i love so much about this place is the hospitality of the waiters and waitresses.. they're all so friendly and nice! We even get acquainted with one waitress named Novi, we talked for a little bit and she was really nice.. We really feel welcomed and enjoyed our stay! Will definitely comeback to this place and we're gonna try their Pork Knuckle on our next visit!!! Thank you for the great service and see you next time! Love, Giovanny ❤️
