My day may be hectic.
My schedule may be tight.
But I would never let the day ends without having delicious #dinner .
Tonight I'm back again to my favourite and pioneer of #Korean#BBQ restaurant @angrykoreanbbq .
I'm having #dwaejibulgogi and #samgyeopsal .
Dwaeji Bulgolgi is spicy marinated pork and samgyeopsal is layered pork belly cut into thin strips.
I'm really happy only by hearing the meat sizzlin on the grill.
Both are #delicious and melt-in-your-mouth tender.
I never eat them with rice though.
What's the point to eat Korean BBQ without making your own wrap?
The best way to eat this is using the traditional Korean #ssam style.
Ssam means wrap, and is when you wrap small amounts of ingredients in a larger ingredient to create a single delicious morsel.
These wraps are made one by one on the spot, to be eaten in one bite.
Don't forget to put some dipping sauces.
They also served with #ssamjang which is a mix of #doenjang and #gochujang .
And it takes your whole wrap to another dimension.
