Right after your trip visiting Bali’s world-renown zoo, you can enjoy a brunch in Indonesian traditional style at WANA! Their buffet style allows you to sample exotic South East Asian cuisines, which comes in a native earthenware. You can also enjoy your food accompanied by orangutans, lions and elephants (not next to you, though).
Our favorit is this Lontong Cap Go meh. It is a Peranakan Chinese and Indonesian dishes. It's a lontong rice cake served with richly flavoured dishes which includes opor ayam (chicken in coconut milk), sayur lodeh (vegetables soup), hot and spicy liver, hard biled egg, koya powder made of soy and dried shrimp of beef floos, pickles, chili paste and prawn cracker.
